1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our ebooks come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with an ebook, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement copy of the file, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If an ebook fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem fixed or the file replaced.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the ebooks we sell must:

  • be of acceptable quality – the file must download, open and display properly in the format described, and be free from defects such as corruption, missing pages or unreadable text;
  • match their description – the title, author, format (PDF), length and content must be as described on our website and in any sample or preview; and
  • be fit for any purpose you told us about – if, before buying, you told us you wanted to read the ebook on a particular device or app and we said it would work, it must work for that purpose.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these rights.

2. When something is wrong with your ebook

If your ebook is faulty – for example the file is corrupt, won't open, is incomplete, or is materially different from its description – please email us at b6352528@gmail.com with:

  • the email address you used at PayPal checkout;
  • your PayPal transaction ID or order details (if you have them);
  • a short description of the problem (and a screenshot if possible); and
  • the device and app you are using.

What we will do

  • Minor problem: we will fix it first – usually by sending you a corrected or replacement copy of the PDF. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund.
  • Major failure: if the problem is serious – for example the ebook is substantially not as described, or the file is so defective that you would not have bought it had you known – you can choose a refund or a replacement file.

We will not ask you to delete files or prove you "haven't read" the ebook before honouring your rights. We may ask for reasonable information to help us find and fix the problem.

Problems with your own device, internet connection or reading app are not faults with the ebook, but we're always happy to help you get it working – see our FAQ or contact us.

These rights apply at any time, not just within our 7-day money-back guarantee period.

3. 7-day money-back guarantee (change of mind)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to give a refund if you simply change your mind. We offer one anyway:

If you're not happy with your ebook for any reason, email us within 7 days of the date of purchase and we'll refund you in full. It doesn't matter whether you've downloaded the ebook.

Requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase aren't covered by this guarantee.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an ebook is faulty or not as described, section 2 applies whenever the problem comes to light, including after the 7 days.

4. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same ebook more than once (for example by clicking "Pay" twice, or buying again because you lost your download), let us know and we will refund the duplicate payment(s) in full. Please include the email address(es) and PayPal transaction ID(s) involved.

5. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds are made back through PayPal to the original payment method used at checkout (your PayPal balance, or the bank account or card linked to the payment).
  • We process approved refunds within 5 business days of approval. After that, the time it takes for the money to appear depends on PayPal and your bank or card provider.
  • Refunds are for the amount you paid us for the ebook. We can't refund fees charged by your own bank or card provider, such as currency conversion fees.
  • Your ebook is licensed for personal use only (no resale or sharing). Once a refund is processed, your licence to use the ebook ends.

6. Contact us
