1. How and when do I get my ebook?
After your PayPal payment goes through, you're returned to our download page, where you can download the ebook as a PDF. Nothing is shipped, and we don't send download links by email.
If PayPal shows a "Return to merchant" (or similar) button after you pay, click it to get to the download page.
Tip: download the file and save it to your device or cloud storage (like iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox) straight away, so you always have it handy.
2. I paid but the download didn't work. What should I do?
Email b6352528@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt (or your PayPal transaction ID and the email address you used at PayPal), and we'll help you get your ebook.
PayPal emails you a receipt for your payment. It confirms your payment but doesn't contain the ebook.
3. What file format is the ebook?
Rich, Made Simple comes as a PDF. A PDF looks the same on every device, like a printed page. It's best on computers and tablets and can be small to read on a phone.
4. How do I open it on my phone or iPad?
- iPhone / iPad: tap the downloaded file and choose Open in Books (Apple Books), or save it to the Files app.
- Android: open the file from your Downloads folder. PDFs open in most PDF viewers or Google Drive.
Tip: if you're having trouble on a phone, try downloading on a computer first, then transferring the file.
5. Can I read it on a Kindle?
Usually, yes. Amazon's Send to Kindle service accepts PDF files – you can email the file to your Kindle address or use the Send to Kindle app or website. Amazon's supported formats can change, so check Amazon's current Send to Kindle help page if it doesn't work.
6. How do I open it on my computer?
The PDF opens in any web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or Preview on Mac.
7. What if I lose my copy?
We recommend saving a copy to your device or cloud storage as soon as you download it. If you lose it, email b6352528@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt and we'll help.
8. The file won't open. What can I do?
Try these steps:
- Make sure the download finished completely (a partial download often won't open). Try downloading again, ideally on wi-fi.
- Check you're using an app that can open PDFs (see questions 4–6).
- Update your reading app or device.
- Try a different device or app – a computer is often easiest.
If it still won't open, email us with your PayPal receipt, your device, the app you're using and any error message. We'll send a replacement file. If we can't fix it, you're entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law – see our Refund Policy.
9. Can I share or print the ebook?
Your purchase gives you a licence for personal use only. Please don't resell or share the file – including uploading it, emailing it to others or posting it online. It helps a small Australian store keep making books. If you're unsure whether something counts as personal use, email us and we'll let you know.
10. How can I pay?
We take payment through PayPal checkout. You can pay with your PayPal account, and depending on what PayPal offers at the time, you may also be able to pay by debit or credit card through PayPal without logging in to a PayPal account. The payment options shown at checkout are the ones available to you. We never see or store your card details – PayPal handles the payment.
11. Is GST included?
Prices in AUD. Not registered for GST.
12. Can I get a refund?
Yes:
- 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy for any reason, email us within 7 days of the date of purchase for a full refund – even if you've downloaded the ebook.
- Faulty or not as described: if your ebook won't open, is corrupt or isn't as described, you're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law at any time – we'll fix it or send a replacement, or refund you if it's a major problem or we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate purchases are refunded in full.

13. Is Rich, Made Simple financial advice?
No. Rich, Made Simple contains general information only. It doesn't take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it isn't financial, tax or investment advice. It makes no promise of any particular financial result. Before making financial decisions, consider whether the information suits your circumstances and think about getting advice from a licensed financial adviser.
14. Do you sell printed books?
No – BARBAR now sells ebooks only. Everything is a digital download, so there's no postage or shipping.
15. How do I contact you, and how quickly will you reply?
Email b6352528@gmail.com. Including your PayPal transaction ID and the email address you used at checkout helps us sort things out faster. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
